About our Ministry
New Brothers: An active
brother must sponsor prospective brothers. Men only over 21 (exemption of age
is at the discretion of the Executive Committee). A fully completed brotherhood
application must be submitted in person by applicant. Applicant must then give
their testimony to brothers at regular meeting. Voting on the application will
be at the next regular meeting. All new brothers will be voted on at a regular
meeting with majority of Executive committee and majority of brothers in
attendance

LFMM interaction with other motorcycle ministries: We claim no territory and were on the same side. We
encourage them to ride with us and we ride with them and pray with them and
support them during their events
Activities: We participate in motorcycle
runs, shows etc. - Riding as a group of brothers on a motorcycle run, perhaps
in partnership with other motorcycle ministries, to share the Gospel Of Jesus
Christ with others, to further the
Colors: Prospective brothers will be required to pay for a
full set of colors, at which time they will be given top rocker only. Upon a
three month probation period (exceptions may be made by Executive Committee) brother
will be voted upon by all active brothers for a full brotherhood at which time
he will receive balance of patches.

bring the salvation message of Jesus Christ to everyone we meet wherever we
ride or go.
Purpose: : To be a witness for Jesus Christ by our attitudes and actions for His glory.

behavior while wearing LFMM colors, including the consuming of alcohol, or
while involved in ministry outreach with the LFMM ministry. Such behavior could
bring dishonor to Christ or be a stumbling-block to others." (Ref. 1 Peter

Brotherhood: This is
a motorcycle ministry; all brothers must own a legally registered motorcycle. Style
and brand of motorcycle will not be an issue. Must be able to maintain cruising
speed(65_MPH)
Officers

President
will represent ministry at all ministry functions.

Vice President will represent ministry in
absence of President

Treasurer
will manage ministry financial resources.
·
Secretary
will take minutes at LFMM meetings.
·
Chaplains
will pray at the beginning and end of all ministry events. Chaplains will
handle spiritual issues with brothers, if a brother is acting in an
inappropriate manner. President and Vice president may be asked to intervene if
situation requires.

Road
Captain will prepare route for ministry runs. The starting point will be
discussed at prior ministry meeting. Ideas for potential runs will be discussed
at regular meetings.

Assistant
Road Captain will assist Road Captain with runs.

Meaning of our Colors:

Black
Background represents: Our life in sin before coming to Jesus Christ.
·
Silver
lettering represents: The daily refining process that Christ uses in our lives.
·
Nails
represent: The death of Christ on the cross for our sins.
·
Red
represents: Blood of Christ shed for us.
·
M/M
represents: We are a motorcycle ministry which represents Jesus Christ. We will
serve wherever He leads us. We are not a club. We claim no territory.
Commitment: It
is required that all LFMM brothers attend at least one LFMM meeting per month,
or participate in one LFMM run or sanctioned event per month, or attend at
least one Saturday morning breakfast Bible study at the All Seasons Diner in
Eatontown per month.
In
months during the summer when the Bike Night event in Freehold falls on the
fourth Thursday of the month, the LFMM meeting will be held at the Freehold
Bike Night event. In months when there
is 5 weeks, regular meeting schedule will be honored unless otherwise
specified.
